Head Center in Human Design Workshop
Understand Your Thoughts, Inspiration & Mental Pressure
Minding Your Headspace: Inspiration, Possibility & Doubt
In Human Design, the Head Center — sometimes called the Crown Center — is the center of inspiration, mental pressure, curiosity, possibility, truth, and doubt. It is the center that fuels questions, ideas, inspiration, and the desire to understand life and make sense of the world around you.
When you feel mental pressure to “figure something out,” search for answers, solve problems, or make sense of your experiences, you are experiencing the energy of the Head Center.
The Head Center governs:
Inspiration and ideas
Curiosity and questioning
Mental pressure
Possibility and imagination
Doubt and uncertainty
The search for truth and meaning
This center is constantly taking in inspiration from the world around you and pressuring the mind to think, question, and conceptualize. However, like the Ajna Center, the Head Center is not designed to make decisions.
One of the biggest causes of overwhelm, anxiety, overthinking, and mental exhaustion is trying to answer every question your mind generates.
Understanding your Head Center helps you learn which thoughts are truly meaningful for you and which mental pressures are simply passing through your awareness.
This workshop is for anyone ready to:
Better understand their thoughts and mental energy
Reduce overwhelm, overthinking, and mental pressure
Improve self-awareness and emotional well-being
Learn how inspiration works within their Human Design
Stop identifying so deeply with intrusive thoughts or doubt
Build greater self-love, confidence, and empowerment
Understand how their Human Design chart influences the mind
Whether your Head Center is Defined, Undefined, or Completely Open, this workshop will help you better understand your relationship with inspiration, possibility, questioning, and mental pressure.
