HI, I’M COURTNEY CARTERET — THERAPIST, HUMAN DESIGN GUIDE, & TRUTH SEEKER.

For years, I disconnected from myself trying to become who other people needed me to be. I questioned my intuition, abandoned my inner knowing, and handed my self-worth over to the opinions, approval, and expectations of others. I learned to silence parts of myself just to feel accepted, loved, or safe. Maybe you know that feeling too.

As a therapist and Human Design guide, I now understand that so many people — especially those with trauma, attachment wounds, emotionally unpredictable relationships, or childhood experiences that taught them to doubt themselves — lose connection to who they truly are. We become hypervigilant, disconnected from our needs, and unsure of what is actually us versus what we learned to do to survive.

Then I found an incredible therapist, discovered Human Design, and everything began to shift. Therapy and Human Design gave me language for the parts of myself I had spent years questioning and helped me separate my authentic self from conditioning, survival patterns, and outside influence. Instead of constantly seeking answers outside of myself, I finally learned how to trust myself again.

Now, I help others do the same.

My work combines trauma-informed healing, nervous system awareness, attachment work, and Human Design to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, and survival mode. Together, we uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your self-trust, and help you build a life rooted in alignment, clarity, and emotional safety.

You do not need to spend years trying to “fix” yourself. You do not need another self-help book telling you who to become. You need a safe space to rediscover who you have always been underneath the conditioning.
