Conceptualize This: Insight into how you make sense of things.
In Human Design, the Ajna Center is the upside-down triangle just beneath the Head Center. It is home to thinking and conceptualizing. It takes all the inspiration from the Head Center and conceptualizes or makes sense of it so that it can (hopefully) make its way to the Throat Center, where it can be communicated into the world. It interprets all we take in and muse over in the Head Center. Its job is to look at the ‘this or that’ and make sense of things, to weigh between options, draw conclusions, and to explore concepts. As with the Head Center, it is not meant to make decisions. That’s what your Authority is for. The Ajna Center is constantly filtering information to understand it. Worries and agitations fester when we pressure it to make a decision or don’t respect its proper function.
